In his memo to all Ryanair pilots dated 27-September-2017, Chief Operations Office Michael Hickey stated:
“We have agreed to implement base supplements of €10,000/€5000 in discussions with our Dublin, Stansted, Berlin and Frankfurt ERC’s over the past 2 weeks.”
Ryanair pilots at Dublin, Stansted, Berlin and Frankfurt strenuously deny that any agreement has been reached with management. This is yet another example of the “divide and conquer” technique employed by Ryanair to create division amongst the various bases. The pilots at Dublin, Stansted, Berlin and Frankfurt want it to be known that any agreements will include consensus from all bases.
Ryanair pilots wish it to be known that the issuing of a memo from the company does in no way constitutes and agreement.
From the ERC: “The pilot body has proactively offered to meet and help resolve the company difficulties, but the simple and clear requests we have made seem to be ignored.”
We are stronger together!
